Our land boasts a rich and tasty list of typical sweets, one for every occasion.
Together we will discover the secrets handed down by our grandmothers that have allowed us to preserve the genuineness of authentic flavors even today. The pasticciotto, the mustazzoli, the cartellate, the purceddhuzzi, and again the zeppole and the almond paste desserts with many other tasty specialties will be the protagonists of our experience.
Among the many interesting things, anecdotes and stories we will enliven unforgettable moments sweetened by an unmistakable goodness. You can decide what to prepare and enjoy, we will be happy to take you during the experience.
Everything needed to carry out the experience will be provided in the facility.
No specific expertise is required but only a lot of curiosity and desire to bring to the table the best desserts of the Apulian tradition prepared with your hands.
The experience is organized in an ancient and evocative Masseria from the 1700s, equipped with a welcoming dining room and a large and professional kitchen, ideal for baking precious and tasty desserts.
