The suggestive farms and the best dairies still preserve the processing techniques according to tradition with extremely refined methods. We will take you to an artisan dairy in the area where an expert cheesemaker will guide you to discover the transformation of milk into curd. The experience consists in a theoretical and practical presentation of each stage of dairy and cheese production. Observing the most important steps in the processing chain, we will know the production techniques to achieve the creation of tasty dairy products.

Alternatively, it will be possible to carry out a practical experience accompanied by the expert hands of the cheesemaker, making autonomously tasty dairy products. At the end of the experience, a delicious tasting of some products made accompanied by a good glass of wine will follow. Otherwise, you can decide to enjoy a rich aperitif based on fresh cheeses, cold cuts, baked goods paired with local wines.
